I am a retail operations leader and project manager with a background spanning store management, compliance, and global training initiatives. My career has taken me from managing high-volume stores with brands like Target, Adidas, and Under Armour, to driving compliance programs at Albertsons, where I partnered cross-functionally to ensure safety, accuracy, and product and packaging compliance across stores ACI wide. Now, I’m excited to be returning to my passion—global retail operations and training—as I join Levi Strauss & Co. as a Global Retail Operations Training Project Manager. I thrive at the intersection of strategy and execution, where I can translate complex initiatives into clear, actionable programs that drive consistency and elevate the in-store experience worldwide. I’m energized by collaboration, change leadership, and building tools and training that empower teams to succeed. My goal is always to create clarity, build alignment, and deliver results that make an impact both for the business and for the people bringing it to life every day in stores.
