I’m a whole-hearted Account Executive, passionate about digital strategy and customer engagement. Highly-motivated and results-oriented, I’m also an experienced leader of high-performing teams with a demonstrated history of working with Enterprise Companies. I think like the final customer and my objective has always been to make sure the customer gets what they’re looking for. I believe there is always something new to learn and excellent customer engagement is a continuous learning process. It’s in this type of strategic role where I feel totally at ease because it allows me to capitalize on my innate skills and use them to their full potential. I know that I’m at my best when I’m planning, organizing, designing a path for each client to get the result they want. And this isn’t new. From a young age, I’ve always been the « go-to person » for advice and support. I’m a « fixer », I love finding solutions for people. I’m also a great believer in the human side of business, which is why I attach great importance to listening and exchanging with others as I believe that everyone we meet has something to teach us. These beliefs help me to navigate smoothly in the often rocky waters between a company’s goals and those of the customer. It’s important for me to build close relationships that are established on mutual trust. I need to see the complete trust in my client’s eyes to be able to spread my wings and do my best work. My approach is to listen carefully, exchange deeply and advise clearly so that we can bridge the gap together between where my client is and where they want to be.
