As the General Manager of the Action for Construction Training Group, partially funded by CITB, my role involves assisting levy-paying members in maximising available resources and funding opportunities. Additionally, I actively engage with CITB, Local Councils, Schools, and Colleges to promote careers in construction. Through participation in local career events and providing support to employers in various recruitment avenues like work experience, apprenticeships, or subcontracting, I contribute to nurturing the next generation of industry professionals.
