About Adele Hendrix

I am an experienced Product Management Professional with a proven track record of increasing revenue and market share through new product introduction, sales tactics & strategic pricing. In total, I have over 10 years of marketing experience, with more than 5 years in product management. I have been with Emerson for over 6 years, all with our professional tools brands, Greenlee & RIDGID. We manufacture industry-leading, high-quality tools for the skilled trades (electrical, plumbing, and mechanical) and are known for working closely with our users to develop innovative solutions to fit their needs. My experience has primarily been with the electrical space, and I have managed multiple product lines and lead a number of NPD projects from ideation to launch. I also have experience working on software and connected products, where we integrate smart technology into our hardware (tools) that allows for wireless communication, control, and data logging and analysis from tool-to-tool or tool-to-user via an app. My role as a product manager includes analyzing sales trends, identifying needs of our customers, defining roadmaps, and leading cross-functional teams to develop new products. I am comfortable with evaluating sales and market data, defining user-driven product requirements, and creating marketing plans. In the past, I have planned events and created promotions to drive sales and meet product specific goals. In my free time I enjoy playing soccer and volleyball, hiking and traveling, and spending weekends at race tracks around the country as "pit crew" for my husband and friends during time attack events with SCCA & Gridlife. Racing has become a large part of my life, and I've always had a strong interest in motorsports and the automotive industry.
