About Adele Hilliard-Dyer

I currently work for DRAC Logistics in Stone completing airfreight exports, sea import and exports and road imports and exports.Having previously worked for Kintetsu World Express (UK) as an Airfreight Export Gateway Co-ordinator in a busy export department based at our Head Office at Heathrow. I worked there for 5+ years and had progressed to the role of Gateway Cordinator by working hard in a good team of people. I always thrive on new challenges and will go above and beyond to make sure my customers; being internal or external are happy with all the service they receive from KWE. I have worked in the freight forwarding industry for the last 15 years with a variety of roles getting me to the level I am at now. Previous to that I have had jobs that are customer facing, this includes 12 years at Barclays bank and worked in a bookmakers whilst putting myself through University obtaining a degree as a mature student, then entering the freight forwarding business. I believe that I have a good personable manner and have no issue communicating via either email, phone or face to face. I am a competitive person with sporting events, enjoying golf on a regular basis and quizzes and believe I am very good at any mathematical challenges.
