About Adele Kokt

My general approach towards both my professional and personal life is one of enthusiasm and tenacity; I consistently tackle changes and challenges with a firm belief in my own abilities. I am always on the look-out for possible ways to improve my work and myself. I am an excellent communicator with very strong written, verbal and presentation skills. I have strong people skills (including formally acquired negotiation skills). I am most creative when I work independently, however I am most certainly a “team player” and thrive as a member and leader of a team. I approach the world with curiosity and openness and strive to master new situations with a great deal of talent for improving things. I have a very solid understanding of the Financial Industry; over the last 10 years I’ve been fortunate to work in numerous areas, gathering skills and knowledge on how one team compliments the other. My Banking career started in Implementation and Special Projects, moving onto managing Tenders, Pricing and Solutions Strategy, before focusing on Client Service and finally into Sales, where I currently manage all areas of the FNB Schools business.
