Back to my roots: Customer Service and Sales. Looking forward to working with all our customers in California, Oregon, Washington, Nevada, and Hawaii. I plan to be that Censis ambassador and resources for CensiTrac: system functionality, training, upgrades, hardware, anything/everything Censis. My background of sales and professional services (project management) at Censis gives me the knowledge and skills to support our customers fully, efficiently, and effectively. Being certified in Sterile Processing and Project Management enables creative solutions to help our customers while ensuring compliance with standards and regulations in an ever-changing healthcare world. This new position and next chapter of my Censis career capitalizes on my customer service background, sales skills, & other project experience.
