With over 35+ years' experience working in the Public Sector, expanding knowledge and skills in the undertaking of a Research PhD looking into emerging technologies; Artificial Intelligence and the use of Automated Decision Making (ADM) for the Future Workforce in Australia's Public Sector. Leading significant transformation programs, recognised for management in project development, research, strategic leadership, innovation, and implementations with significant contributions made in delivering business-driven projects in both the UK and Australia. Valued for my openness, honesty, analytical skills, and ability to make ideas and concepts work in practice. I am passionate in building strong relationships and engagements with both Private and Public Sector. As a recognised volunteer STEM Professional with the CSIRO STEM Professionals Schools Program, I am enthusiastic and engaged in sharing knowledge and experience with the future workforce, giving back to the community and helping to build a stronger partnership across Higher Education and Government.
