Adèle has extensive cross-country management experience in Europe. Adèle is passionate about driving strategic financial initiatives to maximize profits and optimize cash flows, even in adverse conditions and high-pressure environments. During the COVID years, Adèle worked as a Finance Director in the luxury retail industry, delivering proven results to revitalize the company from financial trouble.
