About Adele Thain

I am a highly organised and resourceful individual with eight years’ experience of successfully delivering contracts within the Environmental sector. I have six years’ experience of managing and motivating busy teams, working across a portfolio of contracts, where quality, innovation and client focus is always maintained despite a fast-paced and political environment. During this time I have developed excellent working relationships with key clients, internal and external stakeholders at all levels, and developed a strong knowledge of environmental policy. My exceptional client focus and tenacious eye for quality have resulted in a proven track record of prioritising objectives in order to meet targets whilst managing client expectations and ensuring projects are delivered to time, quality and budget. I joined Gemserv’s delivery team in October 2008 where my excellent organisational skills and tenacious eye for quality meant I quickly adapted to client-facing roles working effectively on multiple contracts for the Carbon Trust and the Department of Energy and Climate Change (DECC). In December 2015 I joined the Energy team as a Delivery Manager, responsible for a portfolio of contracts including the Master Registration Agreement (MRA). Prior to this, I have six years’ experience of challenging sales, administration and business development roles.
