About Adelheid Davis

My career started in my early teen years at the local recreation centre where I discovered my love for administration, and where I later learned just how rewarding a management role can be. Starting out as a customer service representative, I quickly developed new skills and with the support of the Recreation Excellence team, I made my way up to the role of Assistant General Manager by the young age of 21. In the role of Assistant General Manager, I worked directly with the General Manager to oversee all operations for the Chilliwack project, which included the Chilliwack Landing Leisure Centre, Cheam Leisure Centre, and Rotary Outdoor Pool. As a proud member of the Recreation Excellence senior corporate leadership team, I learned to endorse the company's mission statement,"serious about FUN", while using creative solutions to provide the community with the best possible recreation experience. My true passion is customer service and administration. There is nothing that I love more than a good spreadsheet! With plenty of experience developing forms and documents, designing brochures and facility schedules company-wide, social media marketing, managing supply inventory, supervising multiple departments and employees, leading management meetings, and so much more, I am always eager to develop new skills. As much as I love hunkering down and working on my own projects, I thrive when working in a fun and supportive team environment. I thoroughly enjoy connecting with the customers and coming up with new ways to meet their needs. If I’m not at work or spending time with family and friends, you’ll likely find me working on a painting, playing my violin, or binge watching my favourite TV shows.
