My journey in education has spanned diverse cultures and educational systems. From my roots in the UK, my path has taken me through China, Taiwan, Oman, Saudi Arabia, and Indonesia, providing me with a rich tapestry of experiences and insights. Academic Pursuits: With a deep commitment to continuous learning, I hold an MEd in Leadership and Management and a second master's (MA) degree in Education from The Open University. Currently, I'm on an exciting journey towards a Doctorate in Educational Leadership, driven by my passion for advancing education. Teacher Training Expertise: My career has been dedicated to shaping the future of education through teacher training and development. As a teacher trainer and trainer of trainers (TOT), I've had the privilege of sharing my knowledge and expertise on both national and international platforms. I regularly deliver presentations and workshops at global teaching conferences, contributing to the field of teacher learning and staying at the forefront of educational advancements. Global Impact: My experience extends to leading professional development workshops for educators in diverse regions, including Taiwan, Saudi Arabia, Dubai, Qatar, and Hungary. I've helped educators refine their teaching practices, align curricula with global standards, and create innovative learning environments. Leadership Role: I previously served as the Regional Head for East Java of The Association of National and Private Schools (ANPS). This role allowed me to collaborate with educational leaders, contributing to the enhancement of educational quality and standards in our region.
