About Adeline Pereira

With over 15 years of experience in the digital industry, I am a Business Unit Manager at SQLI, where I lead a multidisciplinary team of 25 professionals, including UX designers, researchers, UI designers, e-marketing consultants, and account directors. My mission is to help large clients achieve their goals in terms of experience, performance, and visibility, in mostly international contexts. In my current role, I am responsible for business development, client relations, offer development, partnerships, tender responses, recruitment, HR, internal and external communication, and financial management. Our motto is to be the long-term partner of our clients, and to drive their transformation and innovation. I have a strong background in user experience, interaction design, management and I leverage these skills to deliver engaging and effective solutions for our clients. I enjoy working in diverse and collaborative environments.
