Appren'Tisseuse, Facilitatrice et Ingénieure pédagogique, je peux tisser sur les thèmes suivants- formation de formateurs et de tuteurs - animation d'échange de pratiques et sessions de facilitation/créativité - création de modules pédagogiques sur mesure en soft skills (conduite des émotions, prise de parole en public, gestion du stress.) Partiellement en poste pour une grande administration, je recrute, forme, manage et évalue un réseau d'une centaine de formateurs occasionnels en apportant un soutien pédagogique et thématique. J'interviens ponctuellement en tant qu'experte internationale pour Expertise France et forme les formateurs des Services Publics de l'Emploi (Congo Brazzaville, Burkina Faso, Sénégal, Côte d'Ivoire, Maroc, Tunisie). Enfin, je suis comédienne et improvisatrice pour le théâtre professionnel l'Acthalia et la troupe Tic Tac. Je m'inspire des techniques théâtrales et d'improvisation pour designer mes interventions. Apprent'Weaver, Facilitator and Educational Engineer, I can weave on the following themes- training of trainers and tutors - animation of exchange of practices and facilitation/creativity sessions - creation of tailor-made educational modules in soft skills (emotion driving, public speaking, stress management, etc.) Partly working for a large administration, I recruit, train, manage and evaluate a network of around a hundred occasional trainers by providing educational and thematic support. I occasionally work as an international expert for Expertise France and train trainers for Public Employment Services (Congo Brazzaville, Burkina Faso, Senegal, Ivory Coast, Morocco, Tunisia). Finally, I am an actress for the professional theater Acthalia. I draw inspiration from theatrical and improvisation techniques to design my interventions.
