I am a commercial leader at A.P. Moller - Maersk, the leading global shipping and logistics company, with over 10 years of experience in customer service, sales, and trade management. I am responsible for growing a portfolio of freight forwarders, traders, and super saver accounts across globally. I am also accountable for the revenue, volume, and customer experience of my portfolio, as well as the implementation of digital solutions to help my customers run their businesses more efficiently and competitively. My passion is to bridge and connect different markets and cultures through global trade and digital innovation. I have a strong background in marketing and international trade, having completed a Master's degree in International Trade at IAE de Poitiers, and a Maersk Line Graduate Program in shipping and global trade. I have also worked in various roles and functions for Maersk Line and Safmarine in Ethiopia, Djibouti, and France, where I have led and contributed to improving customer satisfaction, team efficiency, and business performance. I speak English, French, and Amharic fluently, and I am always eager to learn and grow as a professional and a leader.
