I have 5 years of Experience,I started my career in customer service as a bulk teller during my internship in First City Monument Bank. My main duties are collecting of bulk cash from the customer, sorting for ATM machine. And also support the main tellers. I graduated from osun state college of technology with Higher National Diploma in Accountancy with Upper Credit. I found a new role in Access Bank, I have been there as a pos support officer, my role include online chat, email, calls.POS customer onboarding, customer complaint follow up as well as attendance at some merchant location to solve their POS issues and other Charitable effort.I am open to new insight and perspective for a better exposure & career development.I am seeking a challenging atmosphere that offer opportunity to work with and learn from professionals experts. Experienced in managing and supporting solutions on POS and also work with vendors on application type on POS Global Accelerx, NETOP, Citiseve Itex using monitoring application Bankworld, Nibss, Inforpool, Service desk, and moneytor. I am a creative and innovative problem solver and a good communicator. I have all skills and qualities needed for this role that are strong match for the job description. I have passion for continuous Learning and development.
