I am a graduate of Business Administration and I am presently working with Capital Express Assurance Ltd as a HUMAN CAPITAL GENERALIST where I have been working for more than 7years and I perform the following duties: • Recruitment and Selection • Performance Management • Training and Development • Manages staff payroll on a monthly basis. • Prepare and manage all benefits accrued to staff. • Implement effective deduction of Staff loan from Staff Salary. • Prepare the Risk report for the department • Prepare leave allowances to staff when the need arises. • Prepare Staff professional development allowance when the need arises. • Manages HMO for staff. • People Culture Management • Conducts background check and verify employees documentation.(Certificate) • Prepare the Board report for the department on a quarterly basis. • Raising of journal. • Performs other duties assigned. I will readily work in a working environment where integrity is encouraged and appreciated as I efficiently use my initiative and work under little or no supervision. I will like to include that I am highly computer literate and I am highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Outlook and effective in calculations and also an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria ((CIPMN), an Associate Member of the Chartered Institutes of Loan and Risk Management(CILRM)
