About Adham Kiwan

Some people stumble into tech. I sprinted. After completing an intensive 4-month full-stack web development bootcamp — 30 projects later — I didn’t just walk away with skills in React, Tailwind, Express, and modern web technologies. I walked in ready to build real things that work for real people. That mindset led me to People365, where I joined as a backend development intern. Our mission? Refactor and uplift the foundation of our entire web platform. Working alongside other interns, we weren’t just “learning” — we were hands-on in redesigning and optimizing the core product. By the end of the project, I was offered a full-time role, and now I contribute like any core team member: fixing bugs, improving performance, solving design problems, and shipping stable, production-grade code. My roots also go deeper than JavaScript. I have a strong grip on C++, using it in algorithm-heavy projects like a full-featured car rental system with authentication and admin control. And before writing software, I worked in technical support — designing and deploying WiFi networks with Mikrotik devices at Omega Smart Systems. That hands-on experience taught me how systems behave in the real world — and how to solve problems that aren’t always in the documentation. Today, I’m not chasing job titles. I’m chasing better systems, cleaner code, and real impact.
