I am a globally-oriented HR leader with 20 years of expertise in strategic business partnering across multiple talent groups, including partnering with C-suite executives. My background includes collaborating with business leaders and leading HR teams across multiple countries, effectively managing large-scale M & As, and contributing towards many HR transformation initiatives. With my cross functional experiences, I have developed the ability to transform with empathy, make informed data-driven decisions, and execute people strategies/ programs with “HR as a product” mindset. I have a proven track record of leveraging consultative leadership, change management, and coaching to develop executive teams and promote a positive work environment in large, complex organizations. By leading various strategic initiatives I have introduced operational model efficiencies, increased org and team health and fostered a collaborative spirit. I have developed a robust set of capabilities that includes organizational design, people strategy, executive compensation, talent management, change management, and strategic communication in addition to comprehensive HR expertise.
