I work with a team of food service workers, shift supervisors, and managers in training, brand managers and I provide them with coaching, feedback, and support to deliver excellent service and achieve our goals. Working as a People-First Leader to deliver the results.I have a Post- Graduate Diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from Fanshawe College, where I learned the practical elements of mechanical engineering, inventory management, warehouse management, and budgeting. I also have multiple certifications from LinkedIn in goal setting, communication, and individual contribution. I am skilled in Microsoft Office, SAP, and problem solving, and I am fluent in Tamil, Telugu, and Sanskrit.
