As an HSE Manager with over 9 years of experience in the construction industry, I am passionate about building high-performing safety cultures that protect people and enhance operational excellence. I currently lead the Health, Safety, and Environment function at Multi national company group in Construction Industry, where I’ve developed HSE systems from the ground up, led ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 certifications, and earned recognition as Best Country HSE Manager (Asia, 2019). My approach combines strategic leadership, technical expertise, and people-focused engagement. I specialize in aligning global HSE standards with local practices, risk assessment, safety training development, and continuous improvement. I’ve successfully designed internal HSE training centers, implemented cross-functional risk mitigation strategies, and mentored HSE teams toward measurable results. Certified by NEBOSH, BNSP, and several international institutions, I’m committed to creating safe, compliant, and resilient workplaces.
