Develop dashboarding Repair Maintenance Cost using Microsoft Excel for (forecasting, evaluating, controlling, and planning) budget. Develop and applied planned maintenance system approach MTBF (Mean Time Between Failure). Continous improvement for our system and machineries. Using SAP PM Modules for database & reporting. Achievement: 1. Increasing availbility of machineries. Decrease downtime machineeries, target zero downtime or (half our downtime/plant/running hpur by RTP from PPIC). Increasing productivity with arrange Planned Maintenance (Conditon Based Maintenance/ Inspection, Periodic Replacement, Periodic Checking, Autonomous Maintenance). Optimaling repair and maintenance cost. Increasing reability of machineries. OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiviness) increase and full of control.
