Hi, I'm Adi. As an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP), I collaborate with two departments, working closely with managers to help them achieve their business goals while designing and implementing organizational changes to address evolving needs and challenges. A key part of my role is coaching managers to develop leadership skills and guiding them through employee relations, including recruitment, performance management, and leadership training. In addition to these responsibilities, I play a pivotal role in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), leading the HR implementation in post-merger integrations (PMI). This requires cross-cultural collaboration, managing change effectively, and ensuring smooth integration of acquired teams into the broader organization. By leveraging local HR teams and implementing standardized HR processes and methods, I help ensure a smooth transition that aligns with both global and local organizational goals. As the Global Learning & Development Manager, I lead initiatives that enhance employee development across the organization. This includes spearheading feedback and assessment processes, driving talent management strategies, and overseeing engagement surveys that capture critical insights to enhance our culture. I'm also passionate about upskilling and fostering continuous learning to help employees grow, ensuring both our people and the organization can adapt to future challenges. My passion lies in creating impactful strategies that foster organizational growth and enhance employee performance, making sure both the business and its people thrive.
