I was born in Bosnia and raised in Atlanta, and as such, I see my self as much of a Bosnian as I do a Georgia Boy; don't be surprised to catch me wearing an adidas tracksuit, camo braves cap and some brand new kicks. My unconventional career path has led me to interact and work with an incredibly diverse group of people, which has gave me the grounded sense that it is not only our own grit, determination and risks that let us achieve, but also the relationships we build along the way. With over 10 years in the hospitality industry and 3 in sales, I've honed my professional acumen through dedication, grit personal development and relationship building. My entrepreneurial journey as Owner of Good Food Dude LLC has been marked by rapid growth and team expansion, reflecting my core competencies in team building and operational management. My mission is to find a company in which our values and cores align, allowing me to grow my career. As the Culinary Director at Monday Night Brewing, my leadership directly contributed to a significant surge in sales through menu diversification and strategic food introductions. Our collaborative efforts led to a 59% increase in sales, showcasing my proficiency in menu development and operational oversight. My ability to communicate effectively across teams and manage time efficiently were instrumental in overseeing kitchen activities across multiple states and in launching new taproom kitchens.
