As a Subject Matter Expert in Asset Management, from inception to disposition, I develop and lead teams to consistently exceed investment goals. I specialize in streamlining budget preparation processes by implementing structured workflows and establishing standardized procedures, resulting in significant enhancement of team accuracy and efficiency. I bring 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, with the last 12 years dedicated to CBRE Investment Management. I’ve held various roles, most recently leading the Industrial Asset Management Team. In this capacity, I oversaw a diverse portfolio of 80 million square feet and $13 billion, in assets, across three regional offices. My focus has been implementing comprehensive asset management strategies ensuring alignment with investment goals and meeting the unique needs of our occupiers. As the Customer Experience Lead for the Americas Direct Real Estate Platform, I focused on enhancing customer experience and creating exceptional experiences for our tenants. I fostered loyalty with tenants and brokers, which contributed directly to our bottom line, consistently exceeding revenue expectations. Prior to CBRE Investment Management, I was part of JPMorgan's Asset Management Team, in New York City, developing strategic plans for JPMorgan's office portfolio. My diverse background spans office, retail, and industrial sectors, equipping me to approach asset management from a broad expert perspective. I am passionate about professional development, mentorship, and inclusivity. I am proud of having personally launched and co-run CBRE Investment Management’s Women’s Network, comprised of over 100 professionals.
