About Adi Raheja

Passionate about working with people, I find my true happiness in contributing to someones growth and development in life. As a Principal Consultant at ARC, I partner with organisations to drive meaningful behavioural change. Both within their systems and for their customers. Over the last two decades, I’ve worked as a trainer, facilitator, experiential educator, coach, and consultant, supporting teams and leaders through journeys of change. My work involves in the areas of group dynamics, culture building, visioning workshops, reflective practice, change projects, coaching for performance and growth, and strategic advisory. I draw from the philosophies of Organisation Development, Process Facilitation, and Experiential Learning, while grounding everything in Applied Behavioural Science. I believe people don’t resist change because they’re lazy or confused, they’re simply human:) And humans need experiences designed around how they think, decide, and act. At ARC, my team and I redesign user journeys so that the right action feels like the easy action. The best solutions, I believe, are the ones people don’t even notice. They just work. In essence, I am a wanderer and adventurer at heart. Mountains call me, push me to challenge myself and I absolutely love to trek. My love for nature makes me travel to different places. I am fond of kids and love engaging with them in conversations. Passionate work, Teaching and Social service keep the fire in me burning. My love for poetry, theatres, reading, writing stimulates me and made me enter the world of arts to explore other forms.
