As a Knowledge Management Specialist at Bank MAS, a member of Wings Group and one of the leading digital banks in Indonesia, I am responsible for managing the Help Center articles for the bank's website and mobile app. I ensure that they are accurate, updated, and user-friendly, and that they reflect the bank's vision and values. I also collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to improve the communications and processes related to knowledge management, such as feedback mechanisms, quality assurance, and content creation. Additionally, I identify and implement process improvement opportunities to enhance the customer satisfaction and retention rates. I have a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Universitas Islam Negeri Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, where I developed my critical thinking and analytical skills. I have multiple certifications in customer service training and knowledge management, such as Evolve Trainer issued by Concentrix. I am passionate about learning new skills and technologies, and I am always eager to share my knowledge and expertise with others.
