About Adi Setiyo Widodo

With over 25 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, I am a passionate in Operation and Project Supervisor who strives to ensure safety, production, and project targets are achieved. I have a strong background in oil and gas operation (production), quality, health, safety, and environment (QHSE), and I hold multiple certifications in this field. I perform ultimate coordination of works between project and operation teams, and implement the permit to work system, hazard identification, and mitigation measures. I used to managed all production activities in site, to perform ultimate coordination between Project, Drilling and Operation to make sure all entities meet target required with high quality of safety and procedures implemented on site during SIMOPS. Arranged manpower and platform capacity, coordinated with well performance engineer team. Create, review, and modify site operating procedures. I also collaborated with the HSE Supervisor to ensure all SOPs were implemented correctly, and to conduct incident investigations, safety talks, and data analysis. I have proven skills in oil and gas production, experion PKS, and waste management facility operation. I am always eager to learn new technologies and best practices, and to share my knowledge and experience with others. Working with e-vision permit system, manage Permit to work, reviewing TRA/JRA.
