Initially I worked as a mechanical engineer at PT RAPP. In 2008 I joined PT.Pindo deli. Early in my career as deputy team leader for maintenance. Then I moved to the part of paying for vendor work and became a planner (SAP Material maintenance modul,SAP Plant maintenance modul, Project Maintenance Schedule, Shutdown Planning and Maintenance Budget Control ) Job Responsibility 1. Develop and maintain schedules to ensure efficient utilization of machines, labor, and raw materials in alignment with demand and delivery timelines. Coordinate with production, maintenance, and procurement teams to ensure the timely availability of materials and machine readiness for uninterrupted operations. Monitor and adjust schedules in response to unexpected issues such as machine breakdowns, supply delays, or changes in customer orders. Analyze production capacity and recommend solutions to optimize throughput and minimize downtime. Plan preventive and corrective maintenance activities in coordination with the maintenance department to reduce unplanned shutdowns. Generate work orders and monitor execution progress, ensuring all planning documents and schedules are up to date and aligned with actual operations. Track inventory levels of raw materials, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished goods, and make adjustments to production plans as necessary. Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure production meets quality standards and identify areas for improvement. Prepare reports and performance analysis, such as production output, efficiency, downtime, and capacity utilization. Support continuous improvement initiatives related to production planning
