I have over 3.10 years of experience in the IT industry, with a focus on.NET development and L2/L3 Production support.In my role as a.NET Developer, I specialized in web application design, development & maintenance as a Full Stack Developer. I have worked on web-based application using ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC, and ASP.NET Web API technologies, leveraging my strong foundation in OOP concepts and SQL.Additionally, I have served as an application maintenance engineer L2/L3 Production Support Engineer for one of the biggest shipping company in the world in TCS, where I was responsible for application and database maintenance for Tier 1 Java-based applications. My expertise includes managing critical incidents, optimizing databases, renewing SSL certificates, and working with tools such as WebLogic Console. I am well-versed in ITIL service management, CAB/Change Management processes, Agile methodology, and have a strong background in systems troubleshooting, debugging, and project management.
