Adilsha P V Structural Engineer| Aggricultural Engineer || Waste Management Expert | Sustainable Development Advocate | Project Engineer I am a dedicated structural engineer currently working at Grant Thornton Bharath LLP as a Consultant in Public Sector Consulting (PSC) for Kerala Agro Business Company. This pioneering initiative by Government of Kerala aims to revolutionize Kerala's agricultural sector. I am actively involved in planning, implementing, and supervising projects to ensure effective practices are adopted. In my current role, I am responsible for a wide range of activities, supported by a team of talented professional leaders. My key responsibilities include supporting Government of kerala agricultural department in strategic planning, Designing and execution of the projects. This include citizen engagement and stakeholder consultations, project prioritization and implementation, procurement and supervision, environmental and social sustainability, and collaboration and coordination. Prior to my current role, I gained valuable experience at various organizations. I previously worked with KSWMP (Kerala Solid Waste Management Project), a pioneering initiative focused on developing comprehensive solid waste management solutions for urban local bodies in Kerala, funded by the World Bank. I also worked with SPV KILA (Kerala Infrastructure of Local Administration) as a project engineer, contributing to the modernization of government schools to international standards under the funding of the Kerala Infrastructure Investment Fund Board (KIIFB). Additionally, I served as a PMC Junior Level Engineer at WAPCOS and worked as a Site Engineer on projects at Cochin International Airport Limited (CIAL). My experience in infrastructure development, the agricultural sector, waste management, and project execution has equipped me with a comprehensive skill set. I am adept at project planning, procurement, stakeholder management, and technical supervision. With a strong commitment to sustainable development, I strive to advance agricultural practices, waste management, and environmental conservation.
