I am a highly experienced communication executive with a diverse background in the not-for-profit, publishing, and real estate industries. My main passion is to bridge the gap between a company and its audiences by engaging all parties involved and building a thriving community. With 16 years of honing my skills in the field, I've become highly proficient at facilitating change and managing communication strategies that drive results. As a former communication executive in the fast-paced real estate industry, I excel at problem solving and finding innovative strategies to communicate change. I also pride myself on my ability to connect with diverse audiences and deliver compelling messages that resonate with them. As a leader, my strategic and collaborative approach to projects allows me to bring out the best in teams, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation. My journey has been characterized by continuous learning and growth. Some of my career highlights include:+ Earning the Canadian REALTOR® Association Executive (CRAE) designation in June 2022.+ Achieving the internationally-recognized Communication Management Professional (CMP®) certification in April 2019.+ Setting an unprecedented record as the Director of Membership of IABC London: in October 2019, that Chapter of the International Association of Business Communicators became the medium chapter with the highest growth and retention rates in the world.+Winning an International Award of Merit for Communication in 2011 as a Communication Liaison of the IABC London Chapter for the social media campaign marking the organization’s 30th anniversary.
