I'm an IT graduate currently working with FedEx Express in Pricing domain in Global Pricing COE team as a part of Contract management sub team. I'm responsible for the post signature activities and thus making sure that the customer gets the agreed pricing as per their agreement. Along with it I'm also involved in the automation project as a business user giving out the requirements and performing user testing. Leading Rate Escalation project for all Enterprise global customers resulting in incremental revenue for FedEx. I've been using SQL to extract data to know about the existing pricing and the annual revenue for the particular customers. I've worked with US teams as well to work on manual incentives (Rebates) and Rate cap (General rate increase) project making sure the customers get the desired incentives and incremental revenue is obtained in subsequent years. Because of exemplary display of leadership I've been awarded Rising Star award for these projects. In my previous experiences I have worked as Application Support Analyst interacting with the application users to discuss the issues faced by them on daily basis provide a weekly report to stakeholders about the progress of ongoing activities. Simultaneously working on various projects to cater the regulatory and enhancement needs. Following the TAT to make sure most of the incidents are solved wel within the deadline. Performing application and data changes as per the business requirements after a thorough testing on Dev and UAT environment. I have experience of functional testing during the release cycle that helps to identify any unexpected behaviour from the usual one. I am a Problem solver a learner and a team player. Working in varied industries have helped me to understand the basics of Investment banking Insurance and Logistics and transportation.
