About Adith Kumar Subramanian

I am excited about studying people's problems and developing or sourcing products that solve those problems. A good part of my study involves interacting with people and segmenting their issues so that they can be solved effectively. I extensively use digital technology to test customer behaviour, buying patterns and preferred shopping channels to market our products to our customers. I've been part of the team that developed Chartered Prep, India's first test prep portal for CA Students. At Chartered Prep we employed the system of test based learning and wove conceptual learning around tests. CharteredPrep was well received amongst that CA student community. The company was eventually acquired by Edserv Softsystems Ltd in 2011. Currently I'm involved in developing easy methods to grow plants. At Green Gardens, my focus is on developing simple, ready to use gardening kits and products, which would encourage more people to grow plants and make their homes a little greener. My interests also extends in the area of small business and lifestyle businesses. I love to spend time with small business owners and understand their passion and business workings.
