About Adithya Ravi

I’m an operations and growth leader with over 12 years of experience building and scaling last-mile logistics and city-level businesses in India’s F&B and food-tech ecosystem.Currently leading Zomato’s Chennai market as City CEO (General Manager), I oversee the city’s P&L, logistics operations, and supply growth. My role involves balancing rapid market expansion with operational efficiency and profitability. Before this, I led last mile logistics operations across West India (Gujarat, Maharashtra, Goa) and later across Hyderabad and Chennai, solving complex delivery and fulfillment challenges at scale. My expertise lies in structured problem-solving, team building, and driving alignment between customer experience, delivery reliability, and cost efficiency. Over the years, I’ve been part of markets at different stages — from high-growth to turnaround — and learned how to adapt strategy to diverse contexts.Passionate about operations that move fast and scale sustainably, I’m always curious about how last-mile systems evolve across geographies, technologies, and consumer behavior.
