About Adithya Sarathy

As a self-starter, I began my career in the insurance industry while I was in high school by messaging a local agency owner over Facebook. Initially I struggled but through long hours, self-revision and S.M.A.R.T goal setting I was able to reach the top at my organization in sales roles. Going from zero to hero alongside many bootstrapped startups in their growth, I realized in my journey I love the sales process, culture building, and improving client experience steaming from my empathetic nature. Now using my knowledge of sales, I look to grow Insurtech Groups approach of "the customer first" to the top of the industry. My mission targets integrating third-party technology and the "independent agent model" to redefine what insurance agents are capable from all perspectives: to carriers, producers, and consumers. I often lay awake at night trying to strategize how I can better our process to better each department, team members and consumers. With my education in finance and passion for technology, I look between the numbers to improve our organization inline with our core values.
