About Aditi B.

I’m a Senior Backend and Data Engineer with a builder’s mindset—passionate about creating scalable systems, designing future-ready solutions, and experimenting with AI and blockchain technologies. My journey started in college with backend and blockchain development, and since then, I’ve worn many hats: leading engineering teams, driving R\ & D initiatives, and automating complex AI workflows. Today, I focus on designing and optimizing ETL pipelines that handle millions of records, developing retrieval-augmented AI systems, and building backend solutions that perform under pressure.Key achievements include- Cutting data extraction times by 80% using Django and queue-based tools- Leading high-stakes projects, such as ensuring zero downtime during Black Friday traffic- Building blockchain platforms, from NFT marketplaces to crypto trading systems- Architecting scalable AI workflows that integrate RAG, agents, and LLMs into production pipelines.Whether it’s developing AI-powered data pipelines, building blockchain solutions, or mentoring teams to deliver at scale, I bring a hands-on, results-driven approach. I’m always exploring the next frontier in data and AI—turning ideas into production-ready systems.Let’s connect and create something impactful, always excited to collaborate on innovative, scalable solutions.
