Definitely a needle in the haystack that everyone’s looking for but few manage to find.When I'm found, however, I am described as an inquisitive and passionate professional who thrives on exploration and discovery. The curiosity to experience and learn keeps me striving and the wheel turning in my life. This is also why I’ve chosen the field of counselling psychology to pursue academically & professionally- The possibilities of the unknown and immersive interactions with new people; trying to understand their point of view on life whilst helping them with their problems gives me immense satisfaction. Hence I have had the pursuit of diving into various professions that involve networking with several people in the past, a few of them being: Human Resources, Sales and Marketing. Some of the things that I value about myself are my zest for knowledge, natural ability to develop interpersonal relations, and ability to fit into different shoes that require my expertise.As a dedicated Counselling Psychologist, I am passionate about supporting individuals on their journey towards improved mental well-being and personal growth. With expertise in diverse therapeutic modalities and a compassionate approach, I empower clients to conquer challenges, cultivate resilience, and embrace lives of fulfillment. I firmly believe in the transformative power of therapy and the importance of creating a safe and non-judgmental space for clients to explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Additionally, by integrating health and wellness by blending psychological insights with wellness principles, I empower individuals to lead healthier and more fulfilling lives.
