About Aditi Raikar

My journey starts from being a dancer followed by an Electronics & Telecommunication engineer, to a Systems Engineer (Quality Assurance), to an energetic HR professional post MBA in HR from Goa Institute of Management. During my tenure as a systems engineer, I realized that for any organization/institution to cater to the needs of its customer, it is important to have a dynamic touch to the functioning of the organization. And who can be more dynamic than a human? This has strengthened my affinity for Human Resources area. Post MBA, I have worked at Capgemini as Associate Consultant to enable/facilitate clients with digital transformation using SAP SuccessFactors. Interned with Reliance Industries Limited from April to June 2020. Helped RIL to enhance the on-boarding experience of new hires, after being virtually on-boarded by the organization for the first time. Prior to this, I have worked for a US-based investment bank and financial services client in TCS, enabling it to give its customers and employees a glitch-free system and analytics for their services, by performing manual system, UI and analytics testing of the applications. An integral part of my identity is also that I am a trained Kathak dancer. Have been learning, practicing and performing for 20 years now. I have acquired 'Nrityalankar' degree from Akhil Bharatiya Gandharva Mahavidyala in 2014. Being a Spanish language enthusiast, decided to learn the language and have completed a diploma in Spanish, with grade A in level 1.1, from 'Grupo de Cooperación al Desarrollo - Universidad de Sevilla' Currently working with Tata Play Fiber as HRBP to corporate employees and leading the central functions of talent acquisition, talent management & HRIT.
