About Aditya Agarwal

Aditya is currently working as Category & Trade Marketing Head for Bengaluru with Ninjacart where he is responsible for PnL of ~ INR 20 cr / month portfolio for all the categories for B2B business Prior to which he Co-Founded Caravan Hospitality and was responsible for Business Development and Sales & Marketing Domain of the firm based out of Jaipur for both B2B and B2C activities. Prior to this, Aditya has worked with Godrej Consumer Products Ltd. as the Area Sales Manager for Rajasthan area where he was responsible for handling an annual turnover of ~ INR 100 cr. Also at Godrej Consumer Products Ltd, Aditya has completed 2 projects for their Africa division in the field of Business Development and Product Launch where he was supposed to draft a complete re-launch strategy of one of the core products in a niche segment. Aditya has completed his Masters in Business Administration from Faculty of Management Studies, New Delhi. His Summer Internship was also in Godrej Consumer Products Ltd. in Nigeria for Crafting out a market exploration and business development strategy for a recently acquired brand in Nigeria Prior to completing his Masters in Business Administration, Aditya had completed his Bachelors in Technology (Mechanical Engineering) from Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee (IIT Roorkee) During the Bachelors in technology, Aditya completed his summer Internship at L&T-MHPS Boilers in Project Management domain for schedule monitoring and controlling of Rajpura Thermal Power Plant
