About Aditya Agrawal

Catering to the PEB industry in Eastern India for more than a decade is the result of the experiences I had in my journey! I have done my BTech in Mechanical completed in summer 2011. My industrial internship during graduation was with Bhilai Steel Plant where I learned the production of heavy steel structures and rail structures. Following it in the same year, I have gained general management acumen from Stanford University (USA) in SIGM course. Worked as a Project Engineer for a Pre-engineered Construction Company for 2.5 years, where I planned, budgeted and executed the erection process for pre-engineered building projects. Here I learned to tackle with contractor problems, developed insights of the construction industry, cultured to meet deadlines and preparing budgets, and following customers for their requirements. After taking practical experience, I joined MBA program from SP Jain School of Global Management in 2014, which circles around Dubai, Sydney and Singapore per semester at each location, which helped me to understand the business and cultural values of different geographies. With Global Logistics and Supply chain as my specialization, I learned best practices used in Supply Chain Industry, business processes, importance of using KPIs, professional sophistication, and much more. In the process we failed yet we learned and understood the mistakes we have done. Post degree I worked as Procurement Specialist Intern in Kimberly-Clark Corporation in Singapore to complement my skills and validate my learning with practical exposure. It enabled me to understand the supply chain of the consumer market industry closely. Its working culture has further enhanced my discipline, obedience and teamwork. Now working as the Director & Head of Engineering, where I try to implement that I learned and learning new methods to overcome the problems. Understanding how engineering department plays a significant role in management system of a manufacturing plant and on-site Execution of a project. I am vibrant and diligent individual with strong communication, managerial, interpersonal, analytical and listening skills.
