About Aditya Arjun

I am a Procurement and Supply Chain Specialist and an entrepreneur with a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering. I am currently pursuing a Master of Science in Procurement and Supply Chain Management at Cranfield University, one of the top-ranked institutions in this field. I have core competencies in material handling equipment, e-procurement, and conflict management. In my previous roles, I collaborated with sales and marketing teams, created strategic and tactical sales initiatives, evaluated customer needs and satisfaction levels, and completed and submitted reports to support decision-making. As an entrepreneur, I aligned the procurement department's vision and goals with the company's strategic plan, managed the end-to-end product segmentation process, optimized warehousing and inventory management strategies, and implemented various supply chain and inventory control practices. I am motivated by innovation, efficiency, and customer satisfaction, and I can bring diverse perspectives and experiences to any team. I have worked with multiple stakeholders, partners, and vendors, and I have successfully handled complex and challenging situations.
