As a Principal Software Engineer with over 15 years of experience in industry, I specialize in building scalable, innovative platforms and automation solutions that address complex technical challenges. Currently at Splunk, I lead a team of engineers focused on developing and maintaining a robust automation workflow platform that supports critical cloud services for thousands of customers. My expertise spans designing distributed systems, driving cross-functional initiatives, and mentoring engineers to ensure high-quality deliverables and continuous improvement. Previously at Apple, I contributed to the development of advanced Text-to-Speech systems, designing scalable ETL pipelines and AI/ML models used in Siri voice production. My background also includes key roles at Yahoo, where I implemented distributed platforms for internal CI/CD applications and led teams in developing platforms for cloud services. I hold a Master’s degree in Computer Science from New York University (NYU), where I honed my skills in distributed systems, AI/ML, and large-scale software development. My education at NYU provided me with the technical foundation and innovative mindset that I apply in solving real-world challenges today. Prior to that, I earned a B.Tech from the Vellore Institute of Technology, India. I’m passionate about solving real-world problems with cutting-edge technologies, including cloud computing, automation, machine learning, and distributed systems. I thrive on leading teams through ambiguity, driving innovation, and delivering impactful results that align with business goals. With a strong technical foundation in Golang, Python, Kubernetes, and a variety of AI/ML frameworks, I am constantly seeking opportunities to innovate and improve processes.
