As a Project Leader at 180 Degrees Consulting ESCP, our team's mission is to empower organisations in the environmental and social sector deliver impact through strategic advice. I am enrolled in the Masters of Business Administration (MBA) program at ESCP Business School that has helped me develop a strong academic foundation in international business management with an intensive focus on strategy, problem solving and analysis. My commitment lies in utilizing Generative AI to enhance strategic decision-making and operational efficiency in a consulting role. My previous role as District Controller for the Government of Himachal Pradesh harnessed my expertise in public finance and supply chain logistics, significantly contributing to rural transformation. The experience honed my skills in digitization and logistics, ensuring the seamless supply of essential services in challenging terrains. I am motivated by the potential to merge my public sector insights with corporate innovation to create transformative solutions. I am a prolific public speaker and have served as a trainer and resource person for interpersonal communication to an audience of newly recruited government officials. My international experience at Kiel University, Germany helped build my understanding about working in a multicultural and multidisciplinary environment in addition to developing my research and analytical skills.
