I am a fourth year Chemical Engineering (Hons) student at Heriot-Watt University, Dubai. An active student who is constantly seeking professional work experience and opportunities that will allow me to apply my knowledge in practical situations and appreciate the reasons of learning. I am well versed in Microsoft Office and have proficient coding skills in Microsoft Visio, Visual Basic in Excel, Mathworks MATLAB and Aspen Hysys. The topics researched and reports published in the duration of my studies are shown below- Production of Dimethyl Ether and green methanol from dried biomasses (Group Project Leader: Conducted plant and chemical sustainability, overall material balance and economical and financial analysis)- Process design for Acrylonitrile Production using Propylene, Ammonia and Air (Group Member: Calculations for material balance, pumps, compressors, heat exchangers and researched on chemical safety)- Sponge City Implementation (Group Member: Carried out financial, economical, external factor analysis).
