About Aditya Dave

I am an AI researcher with 7 years of research and development experience in reinforcement learning, robust control, and learning-based decision-making in complex systems. My goal has been and continues to be development of AI solutions for improved engineering and social outcomes. To this end, my work has resulted in 20 publications to top-tier venues. In my current role as an AI Researcher at Schneider Electric, I work on developing Controls, Reinforcement Learning and Depp Learning approaches for modeling and control of various engineering systems, such as Li-ion batteries and Distributed Energy Resources. Prior to this role, my PhD research focused on developing fundamental insights and effective algorithms for complex decision making tasks, while accounting for risk, safety, equity, and human factors. During my postdoctoral research, I facilitated real-word deployment of these algorithms by applying them to autonomous driving, human-AI interactions and transportation networks.
