I specialize in driving enterprise-wide transformation by integrating Lean Six Sigma, advanced analytics, and digital enablement with cross-functional collaboration. At Vertex Pharmaceuticals, I led large-scale initiatives that delivered operational excellence through real-time visibility (Power BI), automated workflows, and increased Lean maturity—coaching 150+ staff across functions. I’ve championed data-informed decision-making by developing advanced analytics models to uncover root causes, monitor performance trends, and guide strategic actions at the plant and network level. With PMP and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certifications, and an Executive MBA (Dec 2023), I offer a unique blend of hands-on engineering depth, business acumen, and leadership agility. I connect frontline operations to boardroom priorities, enabling scalable, digital-first systems and building the foundation for Industry 4.0.What sets me apart is the ability to fuse analytics with execution—bridging technical silos, transforming cultural mindsets, and accelerating continuous improvement across the value stream. Whether it’s driving throughput, reducing deviation cycles, or transforming tiered management systems, I operate with a bias for action and a focus on sustainable impact.Let’s connect if you’re exploring opportunities in operations leadership, digital transformation, or analytics-driven performance improvement in manufacturing and life sciences.
