In Aug 2017, I graduated with Master’s in Science in Applied Earth Sciences from TU Delft. In Oct 2017, I started working at ASML as ORMIT Project management trainee at EUV Factory Upgrades Integration team. I worked in EUV Upgrades team for nearly 4 years with multiple NPI introductions within manufacturing. Thereafter, I joined EF Program Management team in role of Drive Laser Manufacturing PL. Currently, I’m Global manufacturing representative as Product manager in NXE:3800F and product teams. As a person, I’m realist who likes to explore new places and connect with people from different cultures. I like to work on highly dynamic projects in an environment which is culturally diverse, multidisciplinary and demands ownership. I strongly believe that in the rapidly evolving high tech environment of ASML, being open minded, innovative and adaptive are the keys to develop strategic changes and execute new methods to solve problems.
