I bring over 10 years of experience across technical support, customer success, business development, and project management, with a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams, scaling operations, and driving client success. My career began in technical support roles with global tech leaders AT & T and Dell, where I developed a strong foundation in client communication, problem-solving, and system-level troubleshooting. From there, I transitioned into the SaaS industry, joining Thryv (a US-based platform), where I advanced from Senior Analyst to Process Manager, overseeing onboarding, escalation support, team performance, and KPI delivery. I also served as a Process Manager for Localsearch (an Australian digital marketing company), where I lead two key functions: Business Development (BD) – Driving lead conversion, lead ranking, and sales support enablement. AI-Assisted Content Creation – Managing GenAI-based content operations and client-specific deliverables. At Localsearch, I’ve helped scale both projects from the ground up, introduced cost-saving strategies that reduced operational costs by 10%, and taken ownership of key activities such as: Stakeholder communication & alignment Leading WBRs, MBRs, and QBRs Client retention and satisfaction Operational reporting using Power BI, Excel, and Salesforce I’m passionate about building high-performing teams, creating data-driven processes, and using emerging technologies like GenAI to improve content delivery and business outcomes.
