About Aditya Mitra

I'm Aditya Mitra, a motivated Computer Science and Engineering student that loves backend development and wants to use technology for good. I have an 8.55 CGPA and am pursuing a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering at the Vellore Institute of Technology, Vellore. My education taught me Python, C, C++, Java, and JavaScript. Working with Node.js and MongoDB has helped me construct powerful and scalable online applications. I have worked on real-world projects in dynamic contexts. As a SoilSens Backend Intern, I worked with a team to build web applications and connect third-party APIs. As a Growth and Marketing Intern at Slang Labs, I wrote and managed social media around AI, ML, and NLP. I increased Slang's official newsletter's open rate to 20%. I organise hackathons and teach workshops on Google Cloud, Web Development, and ML as a member of the Google Developer Student Clubs VIT. The CodeChef-VIT Student Chapter and English Literary Association have given me the chance to lead large-scale events. I also volunteered with the Beyond Meds Foundation to raise social awareness. I've built application backends with Node.js and MongoDB. CodeChef Links, my responsive linktree replacement, has a unique admin panel. Nova-Verba, a REST API with CRUD operations word learning software, is likewise mine. I want to keep learning technology. I excel at teamwork and public speaking. I love using technology to solve complex problems and improve society. I'm eager to meet like-minded professionals, industry leaders, and hobbyists.
